Good Spaces presents Transmission Studios, a 3,200-square-foot blank canvas that can be transformed into the perfect destination for your next event or photo shoot. Discover an open concept space with 15 ft ceilings, accents of white brick and two garage doors. Bask in natural light exposure from floor-to-ceiling windows lining the front of the building.

I need support planning my upcoming event. Who do you recommend?

Is there additional storage available on-site?

Yes. We offer the rental of our Shipping Container (12×4), located on the left-hand side of the building for $250/day

Is there wifi?

Yes. You will receive the username and password once your booking is complete.

How can I fulfill my rentals?

We got you covered. We have built relationships with the best vendors curated in the industry, if you need to bring in a specialty vendor outside of this- let us know!

Can I bring my own alcohol inside?

Yes. You can pay a corkage fee under Transmission's liquor license.

Is parking available?

1 parking spot on the left-hand-side of the building is included in your rental fee. You can rent up to two additional parking spots during your photo shoot or event booking at a preferred price, include your needs in your inquiry.

Can we rent from vendors outside of the preferred vendor list?

Yes. It will be an additional fee, depending on the vendors and quantities you decide to move forward with

Can I customize my bar package?

Yes. We offer a curated selection of liquors to meet all guest needs and we can refine based on your preferences
